Our FAQs
We all have questions – you're not alone. Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions (but don’t forget to check out our Knowledge Base if you don’t see your question listed below!).
What types of roles are on offer?
We offer a variety of work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, temporary, contract, hybrid, remote, and on-site positions. Currently, we focus on digital-based roles like digital marketing, digital customer service, and data & cyber security, with plans to expand to more areas soon. Stay tuned for updates!
Are all roles UK based?
At the moment, we are only working with UK companies. However, if you are interested in opportunities in a specific area, please let us know by following this link. We will contact you if we begin working with companies in your area!
How long will it take for me to complete the onboarding activities?
There are 3 main activities you need to complete and the time taken will vary person-to-person, though we suggest it should take around an hour and a half to show the best version of you possible.
The first step is creating your profile. Include as much information as you can, highlighting your strengths, skills and any experience you might have. Then, complete our ‘Work-based Activities’ task. You will be completing tasks based on Microsoft documents inside a virtual environment. We advise allowing up to 30 minutes for these work-based activities. The last step is our ‘Getting to Know You’ Interview. The interview doesn’t last long, but it’s best to take as much time as you need so you can apply the coaching and feedback you receive.
