Subscription terms

  1. Subscription Options: The Day One subscription is available exclusively as an annual plan. Subscribers may choose to pay for the annual plan either through monthly instalments or a one-time annual payment.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within the first 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted, and the subscriber will be liable for the full annual subscription fee.
  3. Connections: ‘Connections’ are based on the amount of people you take forward to the next phase of your hiring process. We have based on an average of 5 connections per role. Additional connection packages available.
  4. All plans do not include VAT.

What counts as a “connection”?

When you post a role, our platform instantly matches you with talent that aligns with your requirements. A connection is counted when you choose a candidate from your matched list and initiate contact by exchanging details.

Can I upgrade later?

Our pricing is designed to suit your business needs. If you need to upgrade at any point during your yearly subscription, you are able to do so. We also have add-ons available if you're not quite ready for an upgrade.

Is there a free trial?

We don't have a free trial period, but you are able to create a free account on the Day One platform for as long as you want. You can post and match with talent, but you're not able to exchange any details without a paid account.
