In our eyes, there’s no better way to showcase what it's like to work at your organisation than to show candidates real life experiences voiced by real employees, communicating your culture and values along the way. When these types of films are done well and delivered at the right point in the candidate journey, they’re a powerful way of converting more of your matched talent into applicants.
Go Beyond Glassdoor and open your businesses Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to prospective colleagues.
Working closely with our video partners Alchemy Films, we’ve developed a content package that makes creating these types of films easy for Talent Seekers, at a cost designed to deliver value from day one.
Simply add a film creation pack to your basket during the checkout process, and the Alchemy Films team will do the rest, reaching out to you to arrange the creation of a suite of culture and values films that truly reflect your organisation.
We’ll then embed these films on your Day One company profile page for prospective applicants to view, as well as for use far and wide across your other marketing channels.
An Alchemy filmmaker will spend the day shooting at your premises, filming short interviews with up to four people from your organisation designed to tease out your culture and values, as well as capturing each person’s unique Day One story.
Once the footage is edited, you’ll receive:
🎞️1 x 60-90s film showcasing your company values, in landscape and portrait (for social media use)
📽️1 x 60-90s film showcasing your company culture, in landscape and portrait (for social media use)
🎬Up to 4 individual Day One story films, capturing the unique story of each person’s first day with your organisation and their story of how they got there, in landscape and portrait (for social media use)
Following checkout, you’ll receive an email from a producer at Alchemy films, walking you through the process and inviting you to join a quick 30 minute video call.
On this call, you’ll speak to a member of the Alchemy team to arrange a filming day, as well as a checklist of the things you’ll need to set up prior to your filmmaker arriving.
