What types of opportunities can my company create?
Your company can offer a variety of different roles, including full-time, part-time, temporary, hybrid, contract, remote and on-site positions. At the moment, our focus is on digital and tech roles, from digital marketing and digital customer service, to data and cybersecurity, and everything in between. We are looking to expand in the near future, so do stay tuned for updates!
How does the matching process work?
Our matching process ensures that the opportunities you post are matched to talent who would fit seamlessly into the role and your company. Our innovative algorithm will provide matches based on skills required, values and aptitude for the role. You can see how close of a match talent are, and can connect with them if you feel they would be a great fit for your company. You won’t be able to see any personal information about the candidate until you connect, minimizing unconscious bias and ensuring talent is judged solely on their skills and abilities.
Where does my company have to be based?
At the moment, all of our Talent Seekers are UK based. However, if you are interested in opportunities in a specific area, please let us know by following this link to a form. We will contact you if we begin working with companies in your area!
