What happens if I'm not successful for a role?

If you don't land the first role you're matched with, it's all good. Once you've completed your profile, you're eligible to be matched to any other role on the platform, helping you find that opportunity that'll launch your career. Remember, rejection is redirection!

Why do I have to do so much to get matched?

We believe that it's your skills that do the talking. So do your employers. In return for putting the effort in to show that you're ready for your Day One, we promise that you won't get ghosted, and that all our employers will value you for who you really are.

What should I do if I have any questions?
